Complete with super-special move!
I still like Zidane, regardless of this stupid move. But holy sh*t was it stupid.
I was actually quite upset about it until I saw this, at the very minimum it’s made great ytmnd material.
And barring some incredible circumstance, it’s the last you’ll have to hear about the French National Team from me.

Am I the only one that watched the World Cup? Who was everyone rooting for?

Alas I was fruitfully rooting for the USA but to keep my spirits up I was actually rooting for England. Stupid Ricardo! Who the hell blocks THREE PKs in a quarterfinal game at the World Cup? Honestly.

i was initially rooting for spain but after they were kicked out i wanted to root for the underdog, France. also because i’ve been playing FIFA and that stupid global challenge where you are brazil trying to score two goals against france made me think, “ok these guys are better than decent.” LOL

” i wanted to root for the underdog, France” - You can call them everything you want, but they are former world champions and certainly no underdogs. I was rooting for my country’s team, Portugal and rooted for Italy in the finals. We just can’t bring ourselves to like the french around here…

Portugal had a great run and it was alot of fun to watch them play.
I guess against Italy France was the underdog but you’re right, they’re not exactly a no-name team

I thought it was funny when Zidane went crazy. My jaw dropped. I knew it was a matter of time until the ref pulled out the red card, and when he did, I knew the game was over.
